Welcome to Cub. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set out how we operate our website and online store at www.wearecub.co.uk (the “Site”) and how you may use our services, products, and features (collectively, the “Services”).

Cub (“we”, “us”, “our”) is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform we use to run this website. However, all purchases and transactions are made directly with Cub.

1. Eligibility and Account Access

If you create an account, you agree that:

  • The information you provide (including billing and delivery details) is accurate and up to date.

  • You’re responsible for keeping your login details safe.

  • You won’t share or sell your account to anyone else.

We work hard to represent our products accurately. However, colours and materials may appear differently depending on your screen or device settings.

We may change or discontinue products at any time without notice, and we may limit quantities available per customer or region.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason.

Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and we send you an order confirmation email. Please check your order carefully before completing checkout — once an order is placed, we may not be able to change or cancel it.

Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Refund Policy.

All purchases are for personal use only and not for resale or export.

Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping, handling, and import duties (if applicable) are added at checkout.

Prices, promotions, and discounts can change at any time without notice. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout.

You agree to provide valid and accurate payment information and authorise us to charge the total order amount to your selected payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly, but delivery times are estimates only. Delays can occur due to courier issues, customs, or other factors outside our control.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, the responsibility (and risk) passes to you.
